VOUCHER
LEVEL COMPUTERISATION THROUGH IMPROVE PACKAGE

The IMPROVE is a software
package which compiles the monthly expenditure transactions at voucher
level. This package has been developed by the NIC for the offices
of the Controller General of Accounts. INGAF and its Regional Training
Centres have trained the staff in IMPROVE. Zonal Dy. Controller
of Accounts are assigned the task of identifying the problems faced
by Pay and Accounts Offices of the respective Zone in implementing
VLC and for initiating necessary remedial measures. Over the years
need was felt for change in IMPROVE package.
